It's not a summer or winter internship, so it's not very formal. A senior manager interviewed me, who is super nice. The whole process is very comfortable, we talked about things other than the internship and really enjoyed the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Mar 2017
Interview
The first interview was conducted over Skype. The questions asked were mostly behavioral questions about my university education, previous experience, and extracurricular. Later followed by 2 Case Interviews. Once the case interview process was conducted, I heard back to have another interview with a manager which was conducted through a phone call. The interview through phone call was again like a behavioral interview, like the first interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2018
Interview
The hiring process was fairly simple. I was told beforehand that it would be 40 minutes long. When I entered the room, there were 2 interviewers. They introduced themselves and told me about how the interview would proceed. The interview itself was just a conversation about my resume and they went through it all. The questions were basic, non-technical and all they look for is your passion, attitude and personality.
