Primo colloquio telefonico di carattere più conoscitivo, poche domande tecniche a parte domande sull’interesse e sul come mai deloitte rispetto ad altre aziende operanti nel settore. Colloquio direi relativamente breve.

The interview process was highly unorganised, with an overwhelming number of interviewers bombarding third-year university students with specialist-level questions that were completely unrealistic for their experience level. It felt more like an interrogation than an assessment, showing a complete lack of understanding of what a student at this stage should reasonably know. This approach not only discourages candidates but also reflects poorly on the company's ability to assess talent effectively.
