Quite a lengthy process. They should at least give marks back to the interviewee so one can know where to correct the next time they apply. So many tests thatmight not really assess the applicants strengths or weaknesses.

Phone discussion with HR, around 40 minutes, we have agreed that we will continue with the technical round in their office, for this we agreed in date and hour, amd she told me that she will send a confirmation to my email address. No confirmation received, couple of days before the date we have agreed, I have tried to contact the lady from the hr but no answer neither on phone or email. Very unprofessional..This was abou 4 years ago.
