Interview
The process typically follows these stages:
Online Application: Submit your CV, cover letter, and details.
Online Assessments: Often includes situational judgement tests (SJTs) and numerical or verbal reasoning tests.
Video Interview (VI): A prerecorded interview where you answer questions with timed responses.
Final Assessment Centre: This is the most comprehensive stage and usually includes:
Group Exercise: A case study discussion with other candidates.
Written Exercise: Analyzing information and writing a report or email.
Partner Interview: A final behavioral and motivational interview, often with a senior leader.

Processo molto diretto e supporto continuo dell'HR. Un colloquio Hr e un colloquio tecnico. Durata complessiva un mese circa tra application, colloqui e offerta. Esperienza sicuramente positiva e non stressante.
