Interview
It was lengthy process but the interviewer were very understanding and supportive. They not only made us comfortable while answering but also discussed any shortcomings we had. We had a group discussion first and then the selected candidates have their interview. There were 2 panelist in one group.

Where do you see yourself in next 4 years
The interview was quite relaxed and informal, consisting of a single session with the manager focused mainly on fit and behavioral questions. There were no technical or accounting questions asked, and I received the offer shortly afterward.
