First of all you receive a company presentation, then you have space for your questions. After that you can present yourself connecting your profile to two object and why you chose it and how you can connect them with the company. Later on you have a group assestment with the HR as observer. Finally you have an english test.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mailand) in May 2026
Interview
Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
