Interview
This was an on campus opportunity. I chose the ET&P (Oracle) role.
Round 1 - Online Assessment
Consisted of Analytical Thinking, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability questions, was a virtual test on HirePro. Fairly trivial.
Round 2 - Technical Round 1
Around 150 people were shortlisted for the first round. This was the part of the interview process which was incredibly mismanaged. I cleared the first round in September 2025, and the interviews are STILL going on as of December 2025. Anyways, I got to interview a month later, and the interviewer was friendly, curious about my profile. We talked about my internship, my projects and my problem solving ability. Length - 20 mins
Round 3 - Technical Round 2
The day after Round 2, I was informed that I cleared it and I had another interview the next day. Interviewer was knowledgeable and friendly too, was asked to code a LeetCode problem live, as well as write 8-10 SQL queries pertaining to a problem statement. Length - 20 mins
Outcome:
A couple of days after Round 3, I was selected for the role.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
It was medium level interview starting from your intro then 2 ques from your resume then some technical question from core subjects then 1 dsa ques and a hr question.
