Interview
First round is a Group Interview of 10 candidates, then HR interview immediately after the group interview. A week later I was informed of the Partner interview, a one-on-one interview with the partner of the tax team.

Question 1
Group interview is about discussion and then presentation. HR just ask some basic behaviour questions. Partner will ask some ethic questions and some more about you.
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

Interview
questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
