I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mailand) in Nov 2015
Interview
First step was a group assessment, where we firstly had to write a cover letter in English addressing the question "Why do I want to work here?". Then we took an online English test and, after a round of presentations, we have been split in two groups: the aim of the game was to select 10 main topics for a new newspaper, given its target customers. After that, each one of us had to present one of the topics selected by the group and provide for a motivation. Some unexpected questions on recent news/pricing/marketing strategy emerged during this phase.

It was an on campus placement interview, they mostly asked about my CV and personal achievements. Some questions were regarding basics of accounting like principles of accounting and treatment of depreciation and other items in all 3 statements.

about my prior internship experience and how i developed myself through it.
5 rounds of interview - 1 HR, 2 technical, 1 Versant (english understanding and communication) & 1 Partner. Partner round can be technical or general depending upon your partner. Questions can range from "why audit" to core accounting and auditing questions
the interview was very conversational. entry level position is not technical at all but you should bring in experience anyways. didn’t get the position but interviewers seemed very laid back and were probably taking the interview from their phone
