After the online test , there was a GD which had 10 members and they had a silly rule that they will select only 3 from each group , no matter how good you speak . so DELOITTE is a stupid company and they only care about stupid rules and the people who actually got placed do not know anything about coding or any other technical things going on .

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
