Interview
The best process by far. very different and unique and testing each skill of all the candidates. You have to use charts, come up with instant answers to tricky questions. Working in team is also one aspect they focus on.

Do you think it is essential to identify High Potential Candidates?
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
