Interview
The first interview was Skype interview as I don't live in Toronto; it was supposed to be an on-site interview. It went almost one hour related to behavioural questions(40%) and some technical questions (60%) about data mining, machine learning algorithms, hands-on project experience in the past, etc. It was reasonable, but I didn't get in the next step.

Interview
They have an interface where you see all of your applications and their status. Most applications are viewed by the hiring manager within a few days. First it was an HR interview, then a technical challenge, then interview with the hiring manager and the last step would be with the boss of the manager.
HR rep asked me if I would be ok with a lower salary than the one I get now, and when I said no they asked if money was my motivation which I honestly found quite impolite.
Hiring manager interview was ok, however I was shortly rejected from the position because I didn't have a technical skill which I never stated I had in my CV. They could have very easily read my CV more carefully and rejected me directly, instead of putting me in two rounds of interviews and making me spend time on the technical challenge.

El proceso de entrevista para el puesto de Data Scientist en Deloitte fue profesional, aunque demasiado largo y con muchas fases. Hubo varias entrevistas técnicas y de recursos humanos, además de ejercicios prácticos. Aunque los entrevistadores fueron amables y el proceso estuvo bien organizado, considero que podría ser más ágil y eficiente.

Me mostraron varios gráficos y dashboards con datos de negocio y me pidieron interpretar tendencias, detectar anomalías y explicar qué conclusiones tomaría a partir de los datos. También preguntaron cómo comunicaría esos resultados a clientes no técnicos.
First round is CV scan and intro interview. 2nd round is a technical interview (take home), which aims to solve a classification problem, and 3rd round is team culture fit
