I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied through a campus posting and heard back within a day or two saying I had an interview. Everyone who had gotten an interview was taken to a pre-interview dinner the night before, which was relaxed and not very stressful. The interview itself was pretty much what you would expect out of a consulting interview. First round case interview and behavioral interview followed by a longer second (and final) round case interview a few days later. Both days of interviews took place on campus, which was very convenient. Look into some case study examples and you'll be fine. Got the offer email about a week and a half after the second round interview.
