Interview
Interview process is quite long and time consuming with particular focus into English test. Deloitte does take a lot of time in evaluating and screening the candidates profiles. Sometimes its quite confusing if things are positive or negative in the process of candidature. After first round of interview ,second round is profile specific and it is more difficult to crack . After two rounds an English vocabulary test Versant is taken and minimum 60 % is required to be scored in Versant test. Finally HR round happens in which compensation is discussed .

Interview
The interview process was well-structured and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with senior management.
The questions were a mix of technical and behavioral, focusing on past experience, problem-solving, and handling real-life work scenarios.
Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.
The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes

3 stage interview process with increasing seniority. Final discussion with HR/recruitment at the end of the process. Could be a little more straight forward to make it a little more streamlined
