Two profiles were offered.
I applied for BTA profile.
There are 3-4 rounds (all elimination)
1. Online Test: Adaptive test consisting of verbal, logical reasoning and quantitative questions.
2. On clearing the online test the next round is a group discussion case study round and/or a JAM (just a minute) round.
3. HR interview round: General hr questions are asked. They view how confident and comfortable the candidate is in having a good conversation in english.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
