Interview
I got a screening interview through an employee referral. We communicated via email for about a month and I was asked to come in for a screening interview. I met with a managing director and an associate. They explained to me about Deloitte and the work they do.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (Riga)
Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
