I applied via university. We were called in their gurgaon office for nterviews. The most stupid interview process I have seen till date. They gave the same case study to all the 20 students which was even available on their website. As a consequence the person who went last for the interview already knew all the answers of the upcoming questions and thus got selected. Very partial. Even the breakfast and lunch preparations werent satisfactory.

They have an interface where you see all of your applications and their status. Most applications are viewed by the hiring manager within a few days. First it was an HR interview, then a technical challenge, then interview with the hiring manager and the last step would be with the boss of the manager. HR rep asked me if I would be ok with a lower salary than the one I get now, and when I said no they asked if money was my motivation which I honestly found quite impolite. Hiring manager interview was ok, however I was shortly rejected from the position because I didn't have a technical skill which I never stated I had in my CV. They could have very easily read my CV more carefully and rejected me directly, instead of putting me in two rounds of interviews and making me spend time on the technical challenge.
