Schedule to meet Ascend national convention at Chicago. 2 professionals 30 minutes for each. Behavior questions + Q&A session. Got phone call 2 weeks later interview again.

Question 1
Two interviewer are nice to talk with, and we started with typical talk about yourself question, few behavior question concerning team work, balance between life and work etc.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mailand) in May 2026

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
