Interview
The 1st round was an online Apitude test taken by aspiring minds.
It had verbal, logical reasoning and Quant based questions. around 75 to be done in 90 mins. Level of Questions is easy and so cutoffs are high. Around 70 students were shortlisted and were divided in groups and given a case study. The candidates had to discuss the problem within themselves and come up with a solution and present it to a panel who later on asked Questions based on the case study.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
