I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte in May 2012
Interview
All the interviews were planned for one day, but there were several sessions to meet and interact with their people in the previous weeks. Two rounds of interviews, one behavioral and one case. Then, a third round that I did not make it to. The case was simpler than those in the book Case in Point. The GMAT seems to be very important for their decision making process.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
