I attended networking evening at Deloitte, where I learned about different service lines. Afterwards I applied for a graduate position and complete the online assessments. A few weeks later, I had a brief (5mins) phone interview and was invited to an assessment centre. At the assessment centre, applicants from a variety of service lines were present. We learned more about the company and reviewed a case study with a facilitator present. At the end of the case study, I had a one-on-one interview with a director. Finally, I was invited back for a partner interview where it felt more like a conversation, rather than a serious back-and-fourth of questions and answers. The partner asked motivational questions only, and did not ask any "tell me a time when..." questions. Overall, it was a clear and thorough recruitment process. I found Deloitte to be more communicative than other firms when it came to regular updates.
