Campus Recruit; Three rounds of interview; Took a month;
First is phone interview that talks about general questions like why Deloitte and past experience;
Second is in-person interview at the office, one behavioral and another case study. The case study is not standard Management Consulting case, but technology case mainly about system operations and tech; Examples on their website are great source;
Third is another in-person, a 1-hour case interview that is similar to the second one but more in-depth and lengthy.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
