Send in resume through referral. After 1 weeks, HR contacts for an interview 1 weeks after.
Interview: 15 minutes written essay on 3 things to look for in your career. Then 20 minutes two-on-one interview with HR and audit manager. Interview about work experience, qualification taken, education history, etc.
2 months later, receive an acceptance call. I guess my case is a waitlist KIV situation.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
