I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
Very tedious and requires more preparation than most interviews. The Deloitte employees who help you prepare for the case interview are great. They really do a good job prepping you for the interviews and make themselves available to answer questions via email or telephone. However, during the second round of interviews you can tell that the senior partners interviewing you do not want to be there. Everyone seems very stressed. It seems like the job in general stretches a person's patience pretty thin.

Question 1
They're not that difficult if you go to the pre-interview information sessions and practice doing the case questions. It's more a test of how well you do under pressure. The case question is the most difficult part merely because it might be "new" to some people.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
