I interviewed at Deloitte (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2013
Interview
There were 4 rounds of interview.
1st round was pure technical
2nd round was technical plus managerial
3rd round was managerial plus HR
4th round was English Versent.
After 3 days, got a formal mail to submit few documents and salary expectations.
Its now 8 days, I didn't hear from Deloitte.
I read few reviews that Deloitte takes a lot of time before releasing offer letter, may be 2-3 weeks or more
Anyone had the same experience?
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
