I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Jul 2018
Interview
Fairly straightforward process up until a point. I was reached out by Deloitte for a specific role. The coordinator arranged my initial screen with the HR director. Then I was interviewed by a sr. manager and after that it would be a panel of interviewers. Everything went great and all interviews went smoothly with everyone giving the thumbs up and basically telling me it is in the bag. However, I was never called to the final interview 2 days after my last one. I waited a week before I communicated with them to find out what happened as I was assured I was moving forward. The reason? I was told by the HR director that I had to call them after my interview to declare interest (! I guess saying so repeatedly did not count). So, that is why they left me out of the process and basically disqualified a very strong candidate (their words...).
What matters is this : it is who you know. You might be the best fit, if you do not know the right people they will toy with you, your career and your time. Be warned.

Question 1
How would you deal with your colleagues in a certain scenario. More behavioral than anything else.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.
Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
