The interview process reflects the open culture that exists in the organization. The interview process includes technical rounds, communication round, interview with Director and a HR round. An emphasis on strong communication skills along with a diverse work experience was evident in my interview experience. The process is very streamlined and well organized.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
