they asked to explain your projects and about youself.
Mainly focused on soft skills as that is what they required .
There was A GD round in which everyone had to speak for about a minute on a random technical topic . this was pretty interesring and was very easy if you do not lack speaking skills.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
