I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Neu-Delhi) in Aug 2020
Interview
The process involved an MCQ Aptitude test (Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Accounting and Finance) followed by a Group Discussion (Current Affairs and General topics) and Personal Interview. All the stages involved elimination. Though, all the three stages seemed very easy to pass.
Do you have any further plans of pursuing anything other course/degree than CPA (Deloitte motivates its employees to clear CPA, and reimburses/provides for all expenses incurred)?
It was an on campus placement interview, they mostly asked about my CV and personal achievements. Some questions were regarding basics of accounting like principles of accounting and treatment of depreciation and other items in all 3 statements.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
about my prior internship experience and how i developed myself through it.
5 rounds of interview - 1 HR, 2 technical, 1 Versant (english understanding and communication) & 1 Partner. Partner round can be technical or general depending upon your partner. Questions can range from "why audit" to core accounting and auditing questions
the interview was very conversational. entry level position is not technical at all but you should bring in experience anyways. didn’t get the position but interviewers seemed very laid back and were probably taking the interview from their phone
