Interview
I was shortlisted for Deloitte USI. There were two rounds. JAM and next HR. The students who cleared JAM had their HR interviews. In JAM we had to select a random number from 1-40 and had to speak for 1 minute on the numbered topic. I did not clear the JAM round. Around 20 students were placed.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
