Applied online; HR reached out in about 2 weeks.
Scheduled a one-off interview with Manager and Partner. The questions were themed on Singapore taxation - interests, trends and my previous work experience in this area.
They were keen on hiring someone who has studied SG Taxation modules in their undergraduation.

What do you like/dislike about about Singapore Taxation system?
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

Interview
questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
