Interview
There was an aptitude test first, where they selected some 300 students. Then a JAM session, which was based on common topics like current affairs and technology. This was followed by the interview, which took place over video chat due to the lockdown. The whole interview lasted about 20 minutes.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
