Interview
True to reputation - long (First call in Jan and offer received on March 31st). However, the process as such was engaging and well thought out. The recruiters were approachable, interviewers were wise, and all communication was timely and clear.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
