2 or 3 rounds of interviews. Most questions are behavioral. Before final interview, social-gathering to meet Deloitte colleagues. Prioritize meeting campus recruiter, who will communicate with desired office location. Understand what you're getting into with busy season internships.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mailand) in May 2026

Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
