The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
The worst and most unprofessional recruitment I have ever seen. The Internal recruiter was unreliable, unprofessional, totally out of her depth. I was invited for. 3-hr interview (behavioural and Case) which naturally I spent time preparing for. The recruiter asked me if I wanted a prep call in the lead-up to the interview. But when I called her she didn’t respond and never called me for the prep. The interviewers is a bit too very arrogant and didn’t let me speak and kept interrupting because clearly he was in a hurry. He cut me off mid question in the last 10 minutes and said he had a call at 12.55 (???) . I was told I’d hear by end of the week, but 6 wk-days passed and I called and emailed the recruiter for updates (no reply as expected). 2 weeks at almost midnight I received an automated email saying I was rejected. I spent time preparing for this interview, the least you can do is send a proper email or a call and offer some feedback. But clearly that’s too much to ask. Doesn’t really makes a candidate feel valued.

I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
The interview process was well-structured and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with senior management.
The questions were a mix of technical and behavioral, focusing on past experience, problem-solving, and handling real-life work scenarios.
Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.
The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes
