Interview
Attended meet the firms night where I met with members of the firm. Submitted an application via school system online portal. Received an invite to interview. Interviewed on campus and then went on site for final round of interview. Received offer within a few weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1) Describe a time you overcame an obstacle.
2) Describe a time you had difficulty with another team member and what you did to resolve it.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mailand) in May 2026

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
