Interview
First, I had to complete an assessment which involved general reasoning questions (verbal, mathematical, etc..)
After passing the test, I was invited for a 30-minute interview in the company's office.

Question 1
Interview involved behavioural questions, basic accounting questions, and a general conversation on what's happening around the world (politics, sports finance, etc..). The interview also had basic questions like "why choose auditing".
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mailand) in May 2026
Interview
Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
