Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch kam sehr zügig nach Eingang der Bewerbung. Gespräch war mit einem Partner und einem Senior und ging ca. 1 Stunde. Dabei wurden sehr praxisnahe Fragen gestellt. Dafür hat das Wissen dann leider gefehlt, sodass es am Ende nicht funktioniert hat. Zukünftige Bewerber sollten sich auf jeden Fall sehr mit den Abläufen in der Wirtschaftsprüfung auseinandersetzen.

Question 1
Wie ist die Bilanz aufgebaut? Wie kann man das Anlagevermgen überprüfen? Wie das Rechnungssystem? Wie das interne Kontrollsystem?
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

3. colloquio tecnico col manager

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
