I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2010
Interview
I had my 1st round interview on-campus at the career services center. I was interviewed by a partner in Audit from the pittsburgh office that was very nice, approachable, had a sense of humor, and conversational. It really depends on who you are interviewed by, but from my experience, it seems that the higher level up interviewers seem to ask less, if any behavioral questions and judge the interview more on the conversation you had with them to see if your personable (they may be able to read you better). The 2nd round interview took place in the pittsburgh office. It consisted of an introduction, two 1:1 back-to-back interviews (very similar to the 1st round interviews), coffee and breakfast with some of the staff, lunch at a fancy restaurant, and a closing. Everyone was very friendly, down-to-earth, and seemed to be enjoyable to work with.

Question 1
Name a time you had to convince or persuade someone
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mailand) in May 2026
Interview
Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Deloitte (Ottawa, ON) in May 2026
Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
