Interview
The recruitment process was poorly handled. The second level interview was rescheduled three times a few minutes before the interview time. I did not hear back from the recruiting team after the third rescheduling, and then i got a rejection email. The communication channel was also poor. Often times, I had to call the recruiting team to alert them that I was in the interview room, and they claimed to not be aware of the scheduled interview. Overall, it was a long and underwhelming experience
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
