Mostly conversational, back to back with a manager and then partner. Each asked a difficult question that kind of threw me off guard. Would recommend trying to be more personable than trying to demonstrate technical knowledge.

1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
