Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

I applied through campus recruiting site and Deloitte website. 30 min Campus interview, one on one with a manager of local office . Went through resume and asked some behavior questions. Interviewer was friendly. Questions were straight forward: Why accounting? What did you do in xx organization? How did you deal with…?

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
