The interview was conducted online via Zoom, involving the Human Resource Manager and the Audit Manager. The process was well-structured and professional, providing ample opportunities for me to ask questions and express myself. Overall, I found the interview experience positive and appreciated the professionalism of the interviewers.

Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
