Interviewed for gradute programme within Finance Transformation. 2 interviews in total, first one with a manager and senior consultant and second one with a director/partner and a hr representative. Overall quite a nice process, very focused on you as a person, your cv, and motivations for the role/department.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
It was medium level interview starting from your intro then 2 ques from your resume then some technical question from core subjects then 1 dsa ques and a hr question.
