3 meetings for the entire recruiting process and in one of them was a test, in the last interview I received the offer. The HR department was very helpful and friendly and that made us feel confident about our choice even more.

My situation was peculiar in the particular manner I was plucked out of grad school. But when it came time to actually interview for a specific job, the interview was not unnecessarily fraught or stressful, I didn't feel like anyone was trying to stump me for the sake of it and the interviewer did a good job of clarifying my specific skill set without presenting the job as a narrow series of tasks.
