Deloitte Java Developer interview questions

Interview process was not organized properly. First they invited too many people for the face to face interview in spite of conducting online technical test before the interview. Second they allowed the people to Walk in with the required Technical Skills (Java/Dot Net) without asking them to clear the technical test. There was lot of confusion in submitting the resume to HRs. Also one lady was explaining about Deloitte's history and work culture with videos while people are waiting for their turn. She was asking in between to give the feedback of the interview process there before people have completed at least one round of interview. This looks foolish and so immature for the company with such a long history in consulting. The guy who took the technical interview asked me to sit in one of the developer's desk, started the interview there only. He was waiving at his in colleagues while I was answering the questions he has asked and looking at here and there. In fact he was not even making eye contact and looked very distracted. May he had a target to conduct as many people's interview on that day I guess

I got a call directly from Deloitte for an interview and it was scheduled for a Saturday evening. Everything was well managed and the interview didn't take time to start after reaching there. Experience- 2+ years
