Very fast interview process, 2 round of technical discussion. 1 round of higher management discussion. Depends on what position you are applying. And finally discussion with HR for salary. Overall good process.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England)
Interview
The process took about 5 months, the job I applied for changed during the process (which is unusual within consulting). I'd already done much of the process and then they made me start again. My recruiter also changed and my second one was terrible - I could never get in touch with her and she would never answer my phone calls or emails (I sent 5 chase emails before getting a response and this was while the process was still happening).
Those I had my interviews with were nice enough, although some could come across very grumpy. At my final interview it was clear I wasn't suitable for the role so the Partner and I just had a chat about our careers - I can't speak highly enough of him and I have sent an email directly to my Deloitte recruiter with praise for him. He was the only really good part of this process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would your employees say about your management?
Best advice you've ever had?
How would you deal with [example] sort of situation?
Most difficult employee and how you dealt with them?
How do you motivate a team?
Technical, behavioral, and HR Round. Good mix of the questions. Technical was the longest of all. The behavioral round is scenario-based. HR round is generic like any other HR round.
