Deloitte Manager interview questions

The HR professional interviewing me was a lot disturbed and could not handle pressure. I was referred by Deloitte member firm (abroad) for manager position at gurgaon office. Being an over 6 years experienced candidate, the treatment and the attitude of the HR girl was down right disrespectful and shameful. All through out the talk, the girl asked sexist and unprofessional questions and clearing showed that she looked down on married women as if marriage makes you lose your brains. We lied about the pay scale to a manager inspite of me having my seniors in the firms for cross reference. I was not asked a single technical question even by the technical manager. Strange.

The HR girl was a lot abusive. In a global organisation asking a sexist personal question is looked down upon and reflects how you treat your employee. Doesnt value your international member firm experience and looks down on your skills to negotiate a lower salary. Managers lie about the culture and acts dumb on the business environment in the country. Looks down on the competition and tries to use its interviewee to seek competitions trade secrets.
