Interview was for the role of an experience audit senior. There was a Director and a Senior Manager in the interview panel. It was a Team meeting interview as I was in India at that time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Luxembourg) in Feb 2024
Interview
Had 2 rounds of interview. One with a Director and next with a Partner. Interview with Director was a mix of technical and personality questions. Very basic audit questions. The interview with the partner was all personality questions and vibe check. The entire process was slow and these 2 interviews took about 2 months. Both of the interviews ended positively. Had the final discussion with the HR about salary and they sounded confirmatory but they pulled the offer at the last second.
