The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
This was arduous because of distance. I had four interviews over about three months via phone. Two of them were flubbed by recruiting, where the principles canceled or didn't sign off and I was waiting and finally called to find out what was going on only to have to reschedule. After getting a final interview on location I was given a verbal offer by recruiting and told to expect a package within days.
Then nothing
Apparently the did a reorganization while I was in the final stave of the hiring process. The position was not a part of their new organization. Getting this information took several weeks and it was only unofficially given to me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (London, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
Firstly I was contacted for a telephone interview, which went very well and seemed to be a great fit both ways. I was then invited for a face to face interview when we discussed that I may be more senior than the role I applied for. I was nevertheless invited to attend assessment centre involving a group exercise, a case study and presentation followed by a senior partner interview.

Interview
Standard hiring process, though was a bit slow. Was first interviewed by a Director and then a Partner. Normal questions, had to prove my potential value through examples and very fair.
